Our mission began with a single HIP unit backed by a passionate team and has grown over generations into a large-scale operation across multiple facilities. We work everyday to provide excellent, timely and economical services to our customers. The Kittyhawk team serves organizations from the aerospace, defense, automotive, oil & gas, firearms, medical, commercial industries and more with quick and efficient turnaround of parts run to exact specifications.

Executive Team

President

Brandon Creason

As the President of Kittyhawk, Brandon Creason brings more than 20 years of progressive sales, marketing, operations, and management experience to lead our growing team. He has been a proud member of the organization since 2005—and has been an enthusiastic innovator driving sales activities and developing support systems for the Hot Isostatic Pressing services Kittyhawk provides to clients worldwide.

Brandon has demonstrated success in bringing people and technology together. He stays focused on streamlining manufacturing processes while overseeing financial controls, budgets, strategic planning, performance measurement, production schedules, and staff development. He has also committed to providing increased value for our clients by expanding production capabilities at our California headquarters and opening an additional facility in Oregon.

Brandon Creason holds a B.A. in Communication from San Diego State. He previously performed the Business Development Manager role at Kittyhawk and was a member of the national sales team at CareerBuilder.

VP Administration

Kimberly Dickerson

As VP of Administration at Kittyhawk, Kimberly Dickerson brings more than 20 years of experience in operational planning, human resources, corporate compliance, and information technology to the team. Since 2016 Kimberly has ensured that all aspects of the company’s management plans, regulatory compliance, human resource policies and personnel, technology implementation, safety programs, and quality assurance standards are maintained. 

Kimberly oversees all major operational processes at Kittyhawk. These include planning and training, implementing safety policies and procedures, providing staffing and recruitment support, managing employee relations, legal and regulatory compliance documentation, defining cybersecurity policies and technology requirements, and working closely with business partners to ensure critical targets are achieved.

Kimberly Dickerson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University Seaver College and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional. She consulted previously for the California Academy of Physician Assistants and began her career in human resources before becoming an Operations Manager.

Chief Financial Officer

Daniel Bednar

Daniel Bednar is the Chief Financial Officer of Kittyhawk and has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, and business intelligence. Since joining the company in 2019, Daniel’s responsibilities have grown to include operational and financial strategy, assessment of expansion opportunities, bank compliance, and risk management.

Daniel oversees all aspects of the company’s finance, accounting, tax, and treasury activities in his capacity as CFO. Prior to Kittyhawk—Daniel spent over 10 years with the Motor Trend Group. He has held a number of prominent financial and operational roles throughout his career, including SVP Business Intelligence and SVP Finance. Daniel began his career as an associate at Price Waterhouse.

Daniel Bednar earned an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

VP Oregon Operations

Dani Harris

Dani Harris has served as the VP of Oregon Operations at Kittyhawk since 2019. She has almost 20 years of experience in leadership, business development, operations management, federal government contracting, and strategic planning. Dani oversees the Canby facility in Oregon and achieves critical production goals while maintaining the company’s corporate mission, values, and strategy.

Dani is responsible for managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, maintaining accountability, deliverables, profitability, cash flow, and other business goals and objectives. She also regularly engages in strategic planning discussions for the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures.

Dani Harris earned a Master of Nonprofit Management degree with a concentration in Leadership from Regis University. She also holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business Management. Prior to Kittyhawk—Dani performed a number of roles during her 16 years of employment with Bayaud including Director of Federal Contracts and has significant experience with FAR/DFARS regulations.
